This is rediculous. Why bomb our own people for a test.  Is this a test to see if we will all die and get cancer??? I have a friend whose father was killed by one of these blasts (cancer at a very young age), and a brother and neighbor with houses nearby.  They used to tell them it was safe, and the blasts were on postcards for tourism, ...
